What does rental management involve?
- we advise on how to prepare an apartment for rent (home staging),
- upon request, we perform or supervise renovations and repairs to improve the appearance and functionality of the apartment,
- we help you obtain an energy performance certificate,
- we set the terms and conditions of rental,
- we conduct an inventory of the property before handing over the apartment to the tenant,
- we do a stylized photo shoot,
- we prepare real estate rental offers and publish them,
- we present the property,
- we select tenants according to proven rules,
- we conclude a GOOD lease agreement on behalf of the owner,
- we monitor payments made by tenants and the condition of the apartment,
- we maintain contact with tenants on all matters related to property management,
- we resolve any issues that arise during the lease term, including breakdowns,
- We collect the apartment and settle the tenant's obligations after the lease agreement expires.

- We charge a management fee only when the apartment is rented.
- Our liability insurance for administrators and brokers will provide you with financial protection in the event of unforeseen circumstances caused by our actions or those of third parties.
How much does rental administration/management cost?
- until we rent out the apartment, and we do not charge any fees during the vacancy period. Perhaps, especially when we start working together, you will incur expenses related to renovation, repairing defects, furnishing the apartment, purchasing decorations, or preparing an energy performance certificate.
- In the first month after the apartment is rented, we charge a comprehensive rental management fee equal to one month's rent. This fee covers the preparation and publication of the offer, tenant search and verification, drafting of the lease agreement, and apartment maintenance during the first month of the lease.
- In subsequent months, when the apartment is rented, the commission for managing the rental apartment is 15% of the rent, but not less than PLN 170.
