Your responsibilities:
  • Acquiring new real estate listings
  • Providing professional service to buyers and sellers
  • Conducting property presentations
  • Negotiating transaction terms
  • Preparing documentation related to transactions
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
Our expectations:
  • At least a secondary education (higher education is an advantage)
  • A category B driver's license and your own car
  • Excellent organizational skills and independence
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Openness to continuous development and learning
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus

  • Supporting the team in achieving set goals
  • Coordinating agents' work and supervising transactions

  • Implementing sales plans
